Although I love the holidays, I associate it with heavy carbs and extra unwanted weight gain. Well, that’s not always the case and here is a smoothie recipe you need to add into your morning lineup.

Skinny Vanilla Pumpkin Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Silk Unsweetened almond milk
½ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 teaspoon honey, agave nectar, or sweetener of choice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 medium banana
6 ice cubes
Cinnamon Sticks- Optional
DIRECTIONS:
Pulse all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Did I mention that this smoothie is under 100 calories? YASSSSSS!
